Today, Preston dedicates his life to passing on these hard-earned lessons. Alongside his co-founder, he designs and delivers realistic, evidence-based training programs tailored specifically for law enforcement, military personnel, and self-reliant civilians.

With three decades of frontline law enforcement experience, Jimmy Wisecarver brings an unparalleled depth of real-world expertise to tactical training. Over a distinguished 30-year career, he has operated in the most high-stakes environments, transitioning seamlessly from patrol officer to elite tactical leader and federal task force investigator.

William “Bill” Dillard
Instructor

Bill Dillard is a second-generation retired Police Officer and Detective with 18 years of law enforcement service and 6 years of active-duty experience in the United States Marine Corps. Bill also brings extensive private-sector expertise as an executive protection contractor. Today, Bill applies his broad operational background to the mission of Frontline Operations Group, delivering training rooted in real-world experience and proven performance.

Bill’s career spans high-risk tactical operations, inter-city patrol work, criminal investigations, and close protection assignments. Bill is a 3rd-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt with 23 years of training, competition, and instruction. Over the years, Bill has taught modern grappling-based combatives and defensive tactics both in his own academy and across the country.

Today, Bill dedicates his time to passing on the expertise gained over three decades of service, training, and operational experience. As part of the Frontline Operations Group Cadre, he delivers honest, realistic, and proven programs designed for law enforcement, military personnel, and self-reliant civilians—ensuring students receive instruction grounded in experience, integrity, and professional excellence.
